Dear Ann, Tom, Paul & Christopher,
My deepest sympathies to each of you as you deal with the death of your mother. Mothers are the most important person in our lives and the lessons they teach us we care with us for the rest of our lives. Treasure everything you learned from your Mom and keep the memories close to your heart. Doreen always made me laugh and I always enjoyed seeing her and sharing special stories. Dear Ann, Tom, Paul & Christopher,
I am so sorry to hear of your mother's death. I taught her piano lessons a few years back. She loved you all and was so proud of you and shared stories. She was a delightful person. I loved seeing her. She told me she had plans to play in a cocktail lounge and had a friend who was going to sing.... I know she might have her wish now! God Bless you all. If you have a service in the Sandhills I hope I hear. I don't get the Pilot but I will check this site again. Sincerely, Nancy Arnold(

Ann, Paul, Tom, and Christopher

I am stunned and deeply saddened by the passing of your mother. As I grew older, she and i became closer. We shared many conversations about life, but mostly about family. She was always able to make me laugh, even if we were talking about something serious. Simply, she was more than just my aunt. She was my friend. I will miss her dearly.

As always, love to you all. take care.

Sorry to hear about your mom passing recently. The pain of losing her will get better as time goes on, but at least her memory will live on forever. It's hard to believe that I lost my mom 5 years ago. Where has all the time gone? It seemms like yesterday we were all playing basketball out in the street. Those were the good ole days. Take care of yourself and maybe we'll run into each other one day.

Dear Ann and Steve, Tom, Paul and Erica, Christopher and Paige, and your children,

Doreen was such a good friend and she will leave a void in many lives in Pinehurst. I miss her, but I know she's finally at peace and free from pain. I like to think that she and Gerry are together again and dancing the nights away.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and with her.
